I have been going to Moe's since they opened. This group of people make going out to eat something to look foward to! They are very hospitable, friendly, down to earth, and have the best customer service that I have ever seen at a restaurant :-) You can have a drink, relax and watch tv :-) These guys do catering for any event, they do take out and have a Moe's located in by the Jetport (either Portland or south Portland not sure which one but by the jet port). Smoked chicken is very good. The side dishes were not.. Mac n cheese was hard and dried out. The BBQ sauce taste like vinegar. The hush puppies were over cooked and almost burnt.. Had a taste of the catfish, That too was over cooked. The batter was too hard and too crisp.. Also the bake beans taste like vinegar.
Always a good meal and LOVE the variety each time I go! Fried green tomatoes are amazing!!
Go like 2 times a week can't get enough best restaurant in bangor
Ordered takeout on Sat.,new years eve, and my husband and I ate great all day. Smoked wings, ribs, smoked turkey, plus 4 wonderful sides. Thank God for Moe's!!!!!!
