Fantastic company, the people are top notch
Sadly, this is not the review I hoped to leave for this company. I was referred by my franchise area director for build out of our day spa. My first issue came after receiving the initial quote, 30 days later when I was ready to proceed the same quote increased over $40k. After questioning the quote, the final total came down $15k, still $25k higher than first quote. Next, one of the subs stole 6 of my newly purchased office chairs. I used Moeller Purcell Construction to build out our Franchise store in Dunwoody. Working with Scott J. on the quote was great. He is a Mechanical Engineer with 25 or 30 years of experience. He provided such a comprehensive industry perspective for the project. He was able to align with the architect (E3 Design) and the Franchise Groups requirements, finding places where I didn't need to improve along with pointing out cost savings using existing features.
