We had a new furnace and A/C from Moeller Furnace & Air installed a little over a week ago. The guys (Jaydon, Owen and Eli) worked very well and smoothly together as a team. They were very professional and courteous and made the transition of the removal of the old HVAC system and installation of the new HVAC system seamlessly. There are many Furnace/AC companies out there, the biggest question one has, who do I choose? I was in that position, then you ask around. Check the companies reviews but to make that right decision you just need to decide go not always the cheapest but the one who listens carefully to you. Amazing experience. Called in to report a non working compressor, house was at 80 degrees and climbing. They were extremely fast to show up, found the problem in minutes and solved it and clearly communicated with me throughout the entire experience. Small bill later and my house is cool again! A/C & Furnace installed today outstanding job well done!!
Had new AC and furnace installed 5/2023. Have had constant issues ever since with many AC outages on some of the hottest days of the year. Would leave 0/5 review for customer service if able. Every time there's an issue, we are strung along for weeks being told someone will be out soon. Currently sitting without AC after again paying a few hundred dollars to cover labor for an issue under warranty. At this rate will end up paying more for all of this troubleshooting than a new unit would cost.
