I am a local home builder in the Des Moines area for the last 20 years and have been doing business with Moehl for a long time. They have a couple of very good salesman there however people in their administration like the credit department’s Leeann Segrue are super unprofessional and rude. Customer service when you have an issue is terrible. Went directly to the manufacturer and got immediate help. We have been waiting on Dirk at Moehl for over 4 months.
Can not recommend! Avoid. We were paired with this company by our local Lumber yard, Spahn and Rose of Dubuque. We purchased a quite expensive front door unit from them that we had designed. In less than 4 years of living in the house, we are now replacing the second Corner transom glass piece. See pictures. Despite the fact that I purchased the door from Moehl Millwork, they are contending that I have to work with the company they subcontract with that produces transoms for these type of doors.
