I wanna add my 2 cents to these bad reviews. This is a stop I always make when visiting Brandon because of its ✨made to order✨ and “fresher” options. So by not going in and *making your order* it will not be to your standard. Yes, I order a bowl and order inside through the line which contributes to more control over the meal being made. But also, it’s been high schoolers working every time I visit here. Awful..i ordered a burrito today and it was a MESS. Sauce and black beans spilled all into the bag. I also paid extra for steak and didn’t even receive a single piece of steak in it. This place is a SCAM and a joke
The lady taking my order inside of the restraint had a headset on so she could not hear me while making my bowl, IF U CANT HEAR WIH THE HEADSET ON COMMON SENSE SHOULD TELL U TO TAKE IT OFF. The next lady took her glove and patted my food to spread it out when she should have used a utensil. She has been touching everything with those gloves and then to use the same gloves to pat my food down is insane. I’ve never been to this location and I will never return.
