If I could give zero stars, I would. Clear-cut damage from 2 inch hail, bought the roof but refuses to pay for the siding and gutter. He called my client a liar, and instead of owning up to his mistake, is now wasting the firms money on an engineer. I don’t know what makes TJ qualified to call a customer a liar, but I would not recommend these guys to any insurance company looking for an adjuster due to two separate occasions with adjuster Tj.
