You will be very happy if you have Moe woking for you. Moe just helped us sell our house in NH that our youngest son has been living in. To say the least, our son is a pig. Moe went above and beyond what you should expect from a realtor getting the place cleaned up and ready for sale. Even after entering into a sale contract Moe again helped us after our son moved out and left the place a mess. I highly recommend Moe for any of your real estate needs.
My agent went to see a property for us and told Moe he would have an offer within a couple hours that was way above asking price. He called to give Moe our offer and was told he just sold it at 11am although “offers will be accepted till 6pm”. Our offer was higher than the sellers sold for unbeknownst to them. Why would you close offers on a Saturday am? He clearly didn’t have the sellers best interest. You would think he would have called my agent to discuss before finalizing any deal.
