I felt really welcomed as soon as I walked into the clinic. I saw Dr. Tony for an extraction, and everything went smoothly. Both the dentist and the nurse went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the whole visit. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness. I’ll definitely be returning.

Great dentists, extremely rude reception staff. If you're not happy with your job, go work somewhere else and don't take it out on the people who are suffering and in pain!
Very unhelpful experience with tall receptionist. Broke a tooth last night and a went to clinic. Advised receptionist of what happened and was told next appt two fridays away and the system is down and looked at me blankly. No “can I take your number and see if there is a cancellation “ No asking is it hurting just a blank look. Rang a dentist in Morwell and got the opposite and was very helpful. I am a visitor to the area but was disappointing.
