There is something to be said for a business that is family-owned and has been around for over 45 years. What this says to me is that they are more about caring for the customer long-term, considering their community, and not only about the bottom line. My daughter was involved in a serious accident; the car was towed to Modzelewski's. The care and treatment that I received from their customer service was amazing and sincere. Called Modzelewski’s second (I should’ve called there first) after I did not get a response from another business. They were fast, polite, and professional. My tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and was able to get my car to start and explained what he believed the issue may be. Either way, I felt very comfortable with my tow truck driver- like working with my dad except I wasn’t being yelled at (LOL) Highly Recommend
