It's not bad, definitely a decent wash, but the employees in charge of directing you into the tunnel absolutely DO NOT CARE about your wheels or lining you up correctly with the track. Thankfully I'm on stock wheels, but I'm still annoyed they're now scratched because people don't care. When I line the car up myself they never scratch, so I guess the person is not to trust the employees...rather, trust yourself.
Hands down the best car wash and customer service in Pittsburgh. Thanks to Tyler, my cars looking brand new. He went above and beyond sending me through twice to get some of the stubborn dirt and helped polish and clean the car after. Highly recommend, thanks Tyler!
