DO NOT JOIN. I had a OKAY experience until I moved away and went to cancel this membership. It’s been a nightmare. I had canceled online but my membership was never actually canceled although I was no longer able to access it online. I was charged for an additional 2 months at a price that increased that I wasn’t aware of. I called and they have a “no refund” policy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AGAINST JOINING.
