I signed up for a membership on January 5th using my phone number, but I never received any text or email confirming the account, how to access it, or even how to use the car wash. Apparently the system is supposed to scan your license plate—there’s no tag or instructions—but none of that was explained when I signed up. Car washes are nice don't ever try to call them though you'll be on hold forever.
I went to get the salt washed off my car like everyone else once the weather broke. The attendant walked up to my car and started with a very rude “what are you trying to do?” as if I was a doing something wrong. I had literally just rolled down my window and stuck my arm out to select the wash I wanted. The only obvious answer was “buy a car wash”… I mean isn’t that what we are all there for?
