We paid our $31 dollars and were in line to get our vehicle washed....and then the chain broke. Things happen - we understand, but the phone number for us to call to get our credit was the wrong number. Only one number off, so maybe a mistake. BUT, we now have emailed their corporate offices 5x times to get a solution to this situation.....with no response. Absolutely no reply or even an inquiry to what happened. Zero customer service. Buyer beware!
Great car wash love the new brushes and Vacs and staff has been doing an amazing job. Clean and organized location aswell!
I’ve subscribed to modwash more than 3 years. Especially this location since winter every time I try to enter it’s closed. Actually it should be opened, it is regular work time and the map shows also it’s opened. I don’t know why every time they keep closing it.
