My wife and I used Mod Wash since it was opened. We love how it was always clean and the attendants cheerful and helpful.
They are withdrawing funds from the account without control, at a time when I did not take the option for a system car wash, I do not recommend this, it is probably the worst car wash where I have ever cleaned a car.
I never even agreed to a membership—Mod Car Wash just signs you up for one without clearly explaining it. I went in twice to cancel and was told both times that it was taken care of. But I was still charged for the next month. When I called to get it fixed, they claimed there was no cancellation on file and said they couldn’t refund my money—though they did finally cancel it at that point. Very frustrating experience. Make sure to get written proof if you try to cancel, and watch out for being signed up without your consent.
Just stopped by and they claimed to be open by their signs but the gate was shut so I went somewhere else.
