Madison took extra time to walk over and show us the big wash station. She even did the scrubbing for us. You don’t get that kind of service everyday. Keep up the great work Madison and ModWash
I have several vehicles on monthly subscription and mainly visit the Boiling Springs facility. The main reason I am leaving a review is to bring attention to the work of Danielle. On NUMEROUS occasions, I have witnessed her carrying the load for others. When not directing cars, she is always rotating towels, filling spray bottles, sweeping the lot, etc. She is always working while at the same time I see others sitting around not offering to assist. This car wash seems to be closed half the time I go when they’re supposed to be open. They have the cones out and some little sign saying why they’re closed that you can’t even read. Would not recommend getting a membership here.
