False advertising and hidden agenda regarding free upgrades. ModWash will upgrade and charge you for the “supposedly free upgrade at no additional charge”. Be careful and review messages from them
Terrible,dryer doesn't dry your car, license plate gets bent,tire polisher doesn't work and this is a new location that opened 2 months ago, you think they would have fixed this stuff....what a shame i will not be going back this was the second time and last.
I have a membership at Modwash and pay a monthly fee for two vehicles and their system doesn’t wash the back of my vehicles they are not providing a full service wash I have spoken with several employees and general managers at both locations Millville and Vineland and have been given no solution to the problem please help
Poor protection of account setup. We experienced credit card fraud and it took three phone calls for them to resolve our issue.
Bait and switch pricing. Was told 11.99 for a membership. That's it. After a month they tried to charge me 20.99. No where did it say it was 11.99 for the first month only. Terrible practices.
I visited this mod was on May 9th of 2023. As my car was going through the wash I noticed that was the undercarriage was being sprayed that the light that indicates what gear you have your vehicle in started to flash. Once my car got to the end of the wash and I placed it in drive I noticed that car was struggling to shift. It felt like I was trying to drive it in neutral. Less than one star. We were refused service because we wouldn’t allow them to ‘sell’ us on additional products- we paid for a wash and they refused to allow us to use the service because we did not want them to touch our credit card- never going back!
We were members of the car wash and have went through many times. We won’t through one day and there was a mechanical error taking my van off the rails and running into one of the cleaners. It put a huge hole into my bumper. We filed a claim and they denied it. Customer service won’t do anything and the manager was not helpful in any kind of way. All I want is my bumper fixed. We have canceled our subscription and will never use a mod wash again. Horrible company.
I recently received a ModWash coupon in the mail. It stated " Buy a Single Wash, get 30 days FREE". I was very disappointed & somewhat angry to be told that the coupon is only valid with the purchase of a membership. This is NOT noted on the coupon (even the attendant at the entrance agreed with me). Not everyone wants to buy into a membership simply to get their car washed periodically.
