EDIT: They compensated for the multiple charges so I changed my rating since the facilities themselves are nice. Scam, I signed up on a promo. I was told $20 for 3 months then they’d change to full price of $40. Well. I paid $20 for the first month, then I was charged $40 for the second and it’s not worth that to me so I cancelled, yet they still charge me $40 each month!!! (April 21st then again May 20th) Each month I have to contest it with my credit card. SCAM.
Stopped by the other day to get my car washed and Trinity was so nice great customer service she was very polite and patient . Thanks for your help!!!
Plenty of times now I’ve been here and the customer service is still great. Today Thanks to Trinity for your great customer service. Very sweet young lady.
