Worst car wash I had went to do car wash after buying my car just after a week and the brush’s were very bad the paint was gone and the staff were arguing with us it was very bad experience it was proved that was their fault still they did not compensate . I just canceled the card and never went back

Wow! They go above and beyond! I just had a fantastic experience at MOD. John was great, Brady was excellent, and Gabby was outstanding. I needed extra help for my van after a few cross country road trips. Brady followed up with me when I was in the cleaning stall and I told him it was fine but he grabbed his manager, Gabby, to see what more they could do for me. She was very professional and friendly. I got one car wash in July 2025. The manager takes me into a membership. So I paid $28 for one wash and was charged $45 a month. In December I attempted in writing to cancel. In January I had to call my bank to stop the payments because I could not get a hold of anyone and no one responded to my cancellation emails. My car was still dirty after the ONE wash in July 2025.
