Do the vacuums ever work here?
Sadly, this place is going downhill. I’ve been going since they opened and we’re giving out free car washes at the beginning. And they clearly are struggling with maintenance. Today I went through five different vacuums and they were all clogged. All the microfiber towels have junk stuck in them and have never gotten actually dry one. Seems like they’re just throwing them in the dryer for a second and they need to be replaced. Also the Tire shine is never put on equally. Excellent cleaning services here
This car wash has gone down drastically. Arm never came down to wash hood and roof, vacuums had no suction, so I had to move spots, then only 1 was working... agent came and asked the person in the position next to me how things were, but never greeted me while vacuuming. I counted 4 workers and only 6 cars in vacuum area. I would consider them not busy and I now know why, will never be back!
