I used this wash last weekend, and the machine cracked my window. I strongly advise against using this place. Additionally, the general manager refused to meet or call me. I won’t be returning.
Fantastic experience! Hadn't washed it in years. I choose the cheapest option and it did a decent job. Then the vacuums were strong even with all the people. They had rags and sprayers. Was able to get it all cleaned.
It's okay. This is one of the better washes in the vicinity.
I sent three separate emails to ModWash requesting cancellation. I received no response from anyone regarding this. I would not suggest signing up for recurring payments with this company. I should not have to call my bank and get a new debit card just to cancel a simple membership. This created lots of hassles for me in setting up my automatic payments with other organizations.
