Car wash damaged my suburban and broke the window it’s an 02 really clean suburban with on 80k miles we put in a claim and they said they’ll cover it. Now they say they’re not covering it because it’s old, I can see paint which the truck is really clean and well took care of but a windows shouldn’t never crack. Will be filing a police report tomorrow and also be hiring a lawyer about this. Waiting on them has caused some water damage in the vehicle and it to rain in the vehicle. Highly don’t recommend
Don't go in the middle of the day and don't go to close to closing time . Because you don't have much to amenities to work with.
