I recently had Bolts Heating & Cooling Co change my oil tank in my basement in an emergency situation as it was leaking. Despite my desperate state, his pricing was significantly less than quotes I have received in the past and they were incredibly professional. I have recommended them to all my friends for their tune-ups, since they did that while changing out the tank and I feel that my boiler has never run this well. 5 star service!
I would recommend this company over any other HVAC company out there. Amazing customer service! John was extremely responsive when we inquired about an AC unit for our home. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he made sure I knew exactly what was going on and fully understood all the information he was giving to me. He answered all my questions spot on leaving no details out and was very respectful of my home. I am very pleased with the service I was provided by Bolts Heating & Cooling Company as a whole!
We had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Bolts Heating & Cooling Co from the quoting process through to installation. All of the technicians were friendly and professional as well as the office staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling service.
Very good experience. We used oasis to do routine maintenance on our 20+ year furnace. The technician arrived 5 minutes early which was perfect as we needed to leave for work and couldn't afford a delay. The technician seemed to be very honest and professional. He did not try to up sell us at all. When I need to get a new furnace I will be going back to oasis. Cant ask for anything more.
