I bought a bedroom set from Macy's a few years ago and after a couple of moves, one of my nightstands was missing a handle. I contacted Macy's and they let me know the furniture came from Modus. I called them this week, had a quick conversation and they sent me a new handle that I received within a couple of days for free! That's great customer service, in my book!
Do not buy Modus. They will not honor their warranty. Defects to them are apparently considered normal behavior. I have some noisy furniture that they say is normal.

Don't answer. Not helpful. just need to replace leg on one of my dining chairs. They don't care at all.
