I went there at 5:30 and they are supposed to be open until 6:00. They were closed up! You snooze you loose……going up the road to someone OPEN for sales.

These are MOBILE HOMES. They are not modular homes. These homes are built on a chassis not a foundation. You’re wasting your time if you’re looking for a true modular home. This particular lot only sales trailer homes. They will try and tell you there isn’t a difference,but do your homework. There is a huge difference. Again this is a trailer home dealership NOT a modular home site.

I inherited some land and was incredibly pleased with the quality of modular homes here and had visited several other locations in Houston. Very helpful staff and we cannot wait for the new home.
