I purchased a modular home from Modular Homes Affordable Priced which was set back in October 2024. Tony was fair, honest, and patient. He had great suggestions on what options should be upgraded and where it wasn’t needed. Walter was present and running the show when the home was being set on the foundation. With another company I had inquired with it was an additional $5K to have a company representative present on set day.
