I used to work with them, James Ard their service director refers to customers as "those scum bag customers" in meetings and encourages us to lie to customers to get them to let modular install software on customers computers that monitors ALL copiers and printers in office not just modulars equiptment.they discriminate and let certain employees do what ever they want even smoke in the office even after they recieved complaints their response was "oh well thats the way he is " instead of addressing the issue,ironicly James A... read more

I called to set up an appointment to have someone come to our office and discuss leasing a new printer/copier with them. On the day of the meeting, no one showed up or called, I called to speak with the woman that I set up the appointment with (her name was Cheryl) and she apologized and said she would call the person who was supposed to come out.
