These guys are amazing. We had a Thule cargo roof rack and one of the clamps came apart. Luckily we had all the parts. Contacted Ryan and he said come on down and we will try to help. Got there and Tal put it together and we were on our way in 10 minutes! ! Thank you so much! . We had spent 2 hours trying to put it together!
Great customer service! Got me out of a pinch and saved a long weekend camping trip for my family and I.
Nick was great. Good prices!
Nice staff and the owner was friendly and reply to email fast. Picked up the Yakima bike rack on sale in the Surrey store without any issues.
