Really nice service and very polite. Dealt with Megan had a lot of patience to answer my questions. No pushy sales tactics and overall felt great about my experience. Also, Koodos to the tech who took time to explain me the parts and spare items that came with the cross bars and giving me different techniques to secure cargo box properly.
I got a Thule bike rack so no comment on the product, all the info about it is on line. The staff however was so friendly. I left extremely happy due to the entire experience.
