These guys are AMAZING! I bought a rack three years ago, and a part broke. (My fault) They helped me fix it in less than an hour with a new part. Their customer service is excellent, and I highly recommend them!
If I could give more stars I would!!! I am so beyond happy and impressed with everyone at Modula Racks! I ordered a prinsu roof rack from them online for a great price! It came super quick with free delivery. I had it installed by them and it definitely was not an easy task. They were so confident about the install and the process of it which really helped ease my mind being that it was a rack that needed to be drilled in my truck. Ryan and the guys at modula racks went above and beyond for me. I’m not a review guy but felt like these guys deserved the 5 stars. The customer service and communication was a breath of fresh air.
Great communication and customer service. Aadil ordered the part I needed for my Rocky Mounts and gave me constant updates. Will definitely order from them again in the future.
