I purchased a Thule bike rack 1 year ago from Modula Rack. I found it very difficult to load the bikes by myself (my thoughts when making the call was maybe I was not doing something correctly). After speaking with Ryan over the phone, he understood the difficulty I was having, asked for me to come visit the business.
