Nice staff and the owner was friendly and reply to email fast. Picked up the Yakima bike rack on sale in the Surrey store without any issues.
If you’re looking for anything to go on top of your vehicle’s roof or truck bed, go see these guys. Every one of their team is extremely personable and genuinely want to see happy with your purchase. Their after sale support is the best I’ve ever experienced. Even if they were the most expensive in town, which they are not, just the opposite, I would still spend the extra just for the experience.
Awesome service right from the start. I called around to several companies back in 2016 looking for a roof rack system to fit my bare roof Nissan Rogue. Ryan took to time to answer all my questions, find the right fit and did the instal. I purchased one of their cargo boxes as well. Everything was seamless.
