I had never heard of Modudeck and came across them while looking for a new tent. I had a few questions about the tent and sent an email, not expecting to hear back right away. Stephen replied promptly and was very helpful in providing detailed information about the product. After I made my purchase, he kept me informed and sent a tracking number the same day. Very easy to work with and excellent communication. I would order from Modudeck again without hesitation.
