ZERO STARS. In our opinion, ModTek Roofing, **** misrepresented itself as a company that could install a metal roof and a 2-layer flat roof. In our opinion, the sub-par workmanship and their lack of attention to the customers concerns were like nothing we've ever seen before and hope never to see again. They required 85% of the contracted price right after dry-in and before starting the installation of the new roof. Shame on us for agreeing to that.
