I am a real estate professional in the Laramie area. When I had an owner-client that needed to store personal property in town modSTORAGE was quick to accommodate and very simple to setup. Enrollment and leasing was quick to do online, and I was even able to give my maintenance guys remote access the unit when needed. ModStorage has been awesome to store out things there. So friendly and going through the process of checking and getting setup to rent our storage unit was smooth. Linda helped us and was so sweet. Thank y’all again.
I have been very satisfied with my experience at this facility, as storing my items has been seamless with no issues. However, I recently received a notice that the rental rate for my small storage unit will increase by $20. While I understand periodic adjustments may be necessary, I find this increase substantial for the size of my unit. As a result, I am exploring alternative storage options to better suit my budget. 70.99 to 90.99
