Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. We just made a cross country move and needed an appliance dolly. Called 15 minutes before they closed to see if they had one and the nice lady we talked to was great and waited for us to swing by to pick it up. This helped us immensely and meant getting to spend the night in our new home versus another night in a hotel or on an air mattress.
Super easy process to get a unit. The who facility is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Much better than other storage units I've seen in the area. I would highly recommended to anyone especially military in the area attending DLI or NPS
This storage unit is well run, convenient, clean and in a safe area. The gals that work there, Kris and Laurie, they are wonderful! They have boxes for purchase and rental trucks for moving (very reasonable price). If you are shopping around and they have a unit available, grab it because they don't last long.
