This company is very unresponsive. They lost my business. I wanted to use their services to build a home but there's no way I would now. I am reporting them to BBB.
Buyer beware, they may be ok at completing one of their cookie cutter designs as I cannot speak to that. But when it comes to a custom design they definitely fall short. Our initial visit we met the manager, who seemed knowledgeable and made a lot of promises that all seemed great at the time.
