My wife and I are extremely impressed with the level of quality and professionalism.
This company is very unresponsive. They lost my business. I wanted to use their services to build a home but there's no way I would now. I am reporting them to BBB.
Buyer beware, they may be ok at completing one of their cookie cutter designs as I cannot speak to that. But when it comes to a custom design they definitely fall short. Our initial visit we met the manager, who seemed knowledgeable and made a lot of promises that all seemed great at the time. buyer beware when dealing with these guys. They have a card printed at the front desk they hand out to people to get them to write a positive google review as soon as you walk in. That was the first red flag. Then it was pressure to sign a deal telling us we had to jump the line on the native housing orders that came in. We signed, paid our deposit and now we are told our house will be delayed months.
