Buyer Beware! We had one of their pergolas installed a few months ago and it’s been a total disaster. 1) They measured the pergola incorrectly so 2 of the louvers don’t operate. 2) I paid to have them install two heaters and they worked so poorly I had them removed. 3) the pergola is crooked by a few degrees. It’s noticeably crooked. 4) they didn’t seal the connection to the house, so it leaked like crazy. When they finally came back to seal it (~5 times) they didn’t do a good job. Modscapes is the REAL deal, these guys don’t mess around with cheap materials or unskilled labor. Coming from a fellow contractor, I observed their work ethic, skills, positive attitudes, and honesty, and highest quality design and materials. They were extra patient and kind with me and my crew when we unintentionally slowed them down a few times. Just a solid good group of guys, and by far the best a technical structures (like the ones in my pics) — I’ll be referring them to everyone!
Watching these guys create a rendering for my project has been stress-free and fun! They listened to all my ideas, injected their expertise, and produced eye-popping results. Scott, my sales point of contact, was always on time and straight forward. Eduardo, the man behind the renderings, has a great eye for style and a knack at bringing the right amount of flair to the project. I'm excited to move forward and bring it all to life!
We hired Modscape to install a pergola in 2022, and we had the pleasure of working with Scott. From the start, Scott was incredibly nice and professional.
