Would be nice if we knew how to get into our storage, but they give you no indication of how, either on the website or at sign-up. Note that the site only contains details on their storage process up to them hauling your belongings away - nothing after. Problem would be easily addressed if you could call and talk to them, but unfortunately, though their business displays on Google as if its open 7 days a week, it is in fact closed on weekends. We always use MODS. They are prompt with great service. They had the best price for service. We tell all of our construction clients to use MODS when temporarily storing their things or moving them to another location.

The storage container was delivered/picked up/transported just when we needed it. I couldn’t ask for better experience. Cheaper than their competitors and better quality as well. Glad we had mod when the hail and rain came through. No leaking or damage.
