I started Yoga a few months ago and I’m hooked. This place has great energy and the full definition of zen. Athena at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. This studio is giving peaceful, calm , relaxing vibes exactly what you need and want out of a yoga studio. It’s also very clean so you dont feel gross walking around with bare feet or laying on the studio floor, which is really important for me. Love this studio and the Aurora location. All the teachers are top-notch, along with the front desk staff. Pilates is a great addition along with the Kinstretch and Barre Pilates. Great vibe every time!!
I had such an amazing experience returning to Modo Yoga after being away for a while. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed back by such kind, accommodating staff—it really made me feel happy to be there again. The space has such a calming, positive energy, and everything feels so well taken care of. Christine is an incredible instructor—her classes are thoughtful, grounding, and truly uplifting. So grateful to have come back. Highly recommend!
Incredible spaces with a vibe that is so supportive and lifting. Both studios are amazing and your body and mind will thank you every time you go. Jessica and Christy are gifted guides and I am grateful.
