The worst customer service ever. But Olga is good with lips even though she also has mean girl attitude like her staff. Also, expect to wait at least an hour even if you arrive on time. That’s all.

This is review is for their online Russian lip technique “master class” it is $350 for 2 - 20 minute demo videos. I do not feel as though the content was worth $350. I have found far more informative, and in-depth videos on YouTube at no cost. Calling this course a master class is a huge misrepresentation. Overpriced and disorganized, I was fascinated after seeing her work on instagram so I made an appointment, I never received the text message or confirmation Gmail so I decided to make the appointment over again, 2 hours later I got a text message with the wrong time, tried to call them but I was unable to speak with someone.
Horrible communication.
