Derek was so great to work with from start to finish!! Derek was able to listen to what we wanted, and produce our vision, in our kitchen remodel. He developed a 3D animation that was exactly what we wanted. This helped greatly, in order for us to see if our ideas looked good in total. Derek custom designed basically the whole remodel. He is able to make changes and even make helpful suggestions. The quality was excellent and in many cases exceeded our expectations. Derek was amazing to work with. He has a passion for woodwork, which translates to being able to build custom cabinets that fit your needs! He helped change up a part of our cabinets to make them more functional (including custom making a garage door for the appliance cabinet!), painted and put in new countertops. His commitment to quality, detail and timeliness made this project great from start to finish!! We look forward to working with him again for future projects!!
We talked to many kitchen remodelers before deciding on Modish. After meeting with Derek we were convinced his was the right company. He is honest and true to his word. He transformed our kitchen beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. He is a true craftsman, meticulous in his work and did exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend Modish Wood Design.
Derek did a phenomenal job with our kitchen remodel. His attention to detail is incredible and he made sure we were happy during the entire process. All of our doors and drawers are perfectly aligned and the paint job is incredible. He is meticulous and it shows. It’s hard to believe it’s the same kitchen!! We have so many great things to say about Derek and cannot recommend him enough!!
Mr. Pearson’s initial response timeliness and his honest evaluation of our goals were key to our hiring him. His prompt communication was present throughout the job. Our kitchen cabinets had some challenges, but Derek worked through everything and beyond, and we’re very happy with the results. Completely new cabinets were not in our budget, but we are so pleased with Derek’s suggestions and work to bring them to life! His helpers are as neat and pleasant as he is. Would not hesitate to partner with him again!!
