I visited this salon for a gel nail color service (no extensions). While I appreciated the help in choosing the exact shade I was looking for, my overall experience was disappointing. The nail artist was quite rough during the process, which caused my cuticles to bleed. Even after noticing this, the handling did not become gentler.
