Excellent customer service. Meals are delivered consistently on time and the food tastes fantastic. Restaurant quality food.

I'll never order again. My order is always late because UPS is incompetent. I hate having to wait on a Friday night while order has been on the truck for 12 hours and having my whole evening ruined because they can't deliver a cold package first. And by the way, they originally said by 7, changed it to 7:45 and it's now after 8 and NOTHING!

Great but one unfortunate flaw… So glad that there’s finally a meal service that caters to the IBS/FODMAP diet. The meals are quality, but the packaging not so much. Most of the trays I received were incredibly difficult to open because the plastic film wouldn’t peel away from the tray. You have to pull so hard that you basically have to break the tray in the process unless you cut the film away with a knife, which can be really messy.

Most of the meals are so tasteless and with such rubbery unpleasant texture that they're virtually inedible. They also are very high in fat and fairly expensive. There's not much variety, either. Since there are other meal delivery services that offer low FODMAP diets, there is really no point in using this company.

The food is absolutely DISGUSTING! I ordered 10 meals to try. I ate half of them and threw the rest in the garbage. The chicken in the meals was tough as shoe leather. The green beans are rubbery. The potatoes taste like cardboard. If anyone gave this disgusting food 5 stars, they are lying their butts off and were obviously paid for that review. Don't waste your money on this nasty tasting, disgusting food.
