I called Modification Roofing for a commercial roof repair in Miami after a leak showed up in our warehouse. They found the bad seams on the flat roof, fixed it properly with new membrane patches. It's now held up through the this summer. Good fix.
Had Modification do complete tear-off and reroof in Nashville with asphalt shingles. Included ice/water shield in valleys, new pipe boots. Nails driven flush, starter strips proper. Roof passed inspection first time. Solid work.
