Ive been living here for about 2.5 years and the apartment is fantastic. The location is great, it's close to everything, and the rooftop patio is fantastic for grilling in the summer.
Management is very quick to respond, the building is clean and well-maintained, and the people living here are respectful. It’s a great place to live!
I rented from unit 614 for the last year and I wanna say that the new management has made this place so much better. For about 3 months when I first moved in it was ran by different people who if I’m being honest didn’t take concerns seriously. The entire time here with the new Managment was great and Matt the manager is extremely responsive and quick to handle any issues. Pricing is very fair and I recommend
I have been living here for about 6 months now and me and my family love it the apartment is we have a perfect view that we like ! very respectful people that live here as well.. very maintained building the management is very nice and helpful people respond in a timely manner! great stores and bars surrounded just a cool community to be in! Thank you for the nice experience we have now
