I rented from unit 614 for the last year and I wanna say that the new management has made this place so much better. For about 3 months when I first moved in it was ran by different people who if I’m being honest didn’t take concerns seriously. The entire time here with the new Managment was great and Matt the manager is extremely responsive and quick to handle any issues. Pricing is very fair and I recommend
I have been living here for about 6 months now and me and my family love it the apartment is we have a perfect view that we like ! very respectful people that live here as well.. very maintained building the management is very nice and helpful people respond in a timely manner! great stores and bars surrounded just a cool community to be in! Modi Apartments has been a game changer in my living experience. The management team is impressively attentive, always quick to assist with anything I need, making daily life remarkably smooth. The space itself feels like a high-end retreat, with thoughtful design and amenities that elevate it beyond just a place to stay—it genuinely feels like a luxurious, well-curated home.
4 day stay with a friend who lives here in a studio apt. The apt is cute! All the amenities are new and the building is will maintained. A great good co-op is across the parking lot. Nice liquor store, nice pharmacy, a couple places to eat all within walking distance.
