I was having trouble with my prius. Radio syncing to my phone, and they put it on the computer and come to find out that the radio unit was defunct, so they ordered me a new radio unit, and then they ordered me another part. And they put them in and I picked up my prius yesterday, and I am quite quite happy. And the person that really kept on top of it kept me informed all the time was your person.
