I dropped off my toyota rab 4 2022 at 7 am car apparently was done at eight thirty. The lady that helped me said she texted me that the car was ready. The only thing I received a phone call asking if I wanted my cabin filter changed. I waited for another 2 hours. I approached the window where lady that was helping me with my car.
