Modesto Toyota doesn't even deserve one star. I set up an appointment using ******** messager to look at a Can-Am Spyder I asked if there was a Salesman I should see and the response was, "Right when you walk in someone will help you out! Just let them know what you're interested in."There was no one to greet us when we walked on the lot, Finally, there was a Saleman that said something. we were there yesterday to explore options and purchase. we were well qualified and ready to buy. We were told by Allen who didn't bother to sit down that he not only didn't have to negotiate due to his low inventory but also that he didn't need to sell us a car. this was after we overheard a salesman tell another out loud that he lied to his customer about there being only one highlander and the customer believed him. we watched them swap out the few cars they had on the back of their lot with the cars out front as we left.... read more
Talked to Joseph & he was very helpful & nice. We drove 2 hours to see the Jeep. Got there & the passenger door would barely open,there was rust everywhere on the hinges,even inside on the seat bolts. The hood was bolted on crooked,and the leather seat had a patch of old leather sewn into it. The manger came out and offered to take a couple hundred off the $25k price if I fixed the doors myself. Joseph tried helping but that rust is only gonna get worse. Hard pass

I am so not happy with unprofessional approached from the manager, I went to buy car sales person Salvador was very helpful when comes to make deal with paperwork one of the rudest manager in Toyota how the owner don’t know about this guy? Or he trained to be that way very very very unprofessional and have integrity issues, I don’t think Me, my family and friends will go there to buy any cars in life, so unprofessional
