I saved up a bunch of money and have a cosiner to get a truck. But once they found out, I have bad credit PENNY the sales associate did not contact me anymore. I called the next day and another associate was rude eating his lunch while on the phone with me and did not get back to me. Until I got some random email rating the dealership, then the manager go back to me..
Great communication with saleslady Mina she kept me updated me on Tundra I was really interested in, unfortunately it was sold before I could test drive.
MODESTO Toyota has the worst customer service iv ever experienced. I called because I got a broken window, I have Toyota protection plan which is SUPPOSED to cover window damage, etc. No one ever returned my call about using this protection plan. I had to use my geico insurance instead, and still have not received a call ofter my third attempt of trying to reach a manager. They have ZERO regard as to how this affects their business. I will never do business with modesto Toyota again. Nor would I recommend it.
Modesto Toyota We shopped here for a new car, and we prepared to spend a significant amount of money. The salesperson we talked to knew next to nothing about the cars. He couldn't even figure out how to make the back seat fold down: I had to do it.
Take your money elsewhere! Bought a 2004 Corolla here, purchased the Xwarranty and the "oil changes for life". Tried using the oil changes at my local Toyota and they didn't honor it. When tried getting refund they renegged. Also tried negotiating trade for service and or parts, didn't return my phone calls. Take your hard-earned money to a dealer that EARNS your business! I will never go back to these clowns.
Car Buyer I have never had a good experience at a car dealership, however my experience at Modesto Toyota was GREAT. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in and make a decision. The staff was very helpful in getting my financing and getting me on the road. I would recommend Modesto Toyota to everyone.
I am a repeat buyer. I've bought two vehicles here. The first, back in 2008, was a heart breaker, as I traded in a Scion tC (my fav car ever) for a FJ Cruiser to use as a business vehcile. The whole process was very smooth and I left very happy. The 2nd car was a little over a week ago.
