I had a terrible experience with him. I find him to be very dismissive/unkind when it comes to your pain and how you feel. Once the procedure is done he is no longer interested in you wasting his time and he has no problem saying it to your face. Deal with whatever the outcome of your procedure might be and leave him out of it. Everybody that has had a similar experience should turn him in to the medical board.
