Great staff ☺️Very nice ladies and helpful ❤️. I loved getting my ultrasound here. They were clear with the information they gave me and I wasn't left with any questions or doubts.
I’m only giving a review because of the ultrasound lady that had done both my gender reveal I feel is doing it on purpose and always has an attitude. She ruined my first gender reveal after I SPECIFICALLY told her my family was planning a gender reveal party and wanted it to be a secret. Straight up told me “oh well baby is a girl.” It was during Covid and I was the only one in the room and just left so disappointed in her action. Very rude and not helpful didn't even bother taking my name was talking to Silvia . Called me dramatic for worrying about my babys health they need to clean house and rehire people who actually care about patients concerns .
Everyone in this office gives NO welcoming to it NO smile NO how are you doing this morning, Nothing welcoming at all, SAD, for them being technicians they should have at least a better welcoming attitude. I cant say they were rude however they lack compassion and care for the patients. Not every women has a successful pregnancy and need a lot of emotional care and compassion this office DONT CARE TO HAVE IT.
