I purchased a car five years ago I have less than 33,000 miles on my car. The moonroof was broken $2700 to fix ball bearings on the front end another $2700 to fix battery already replaced. How in the world is this possiblethat nothing is covered under a warranty I am a full-time cancer survivor living off of Social Security. I’ll find this so hard to believe that it breaks my heart. The parts that I use in their car are useless made a plastic.
Went to get my oil changed last weekend. The staff were great Danny in parts, Malikai (may have spelled it wrong) and Brendan up front. Keep the positive vibes going!

Update: they reached out once, left a voicemail and then never called me back even after I attempted to call them. They clearly have no intention of helping the situation. My partner and I had an unique situation of wanting to trade a vehicle we owed on with negative equity. We live over two hours away and I explained this to one of customer representatives.
