absolutely disrespectful. didn’t do a good job fixing the bumper. okay that’s fine. there was no need to lie about fixing it then tell the truth when we found out. our car was not detailed inside nor outside when we picked it up. and when we were told it would be done when dropping it off again, it was again, not detailed. the manager did not apologize and wouldn’t look up from his computer when first approaching him. don’t even have the decency to stop typing when a customer is speaking to you is extremely rude. he did not ... read more
