Not sure if the establishment changed ownership over the last year or so, but from my experience something changed and it’s gone downhill. I’ve been taking my kids here for a handful of years. I had two coinciding cleaning appointments for 8:30AM. Got there around 8:15 and checked in. Called back on time and set up by 8:29, but after that the wait time is horrible. We always have a great experience at Modesto kidz dental. The staff are very patient with my son. He gets so nervous going to the dentist and they do so great with him.
My kids love this place everyone is really nice and they are pretty fast if you have an appointment after you are done you are given a goodie bag and 2 coins each child for their toy machines if you are there for getting teeth extracted or anything major they offer laughing gas and numbing medication the staff was really really good with my kids each time I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of my kids they talked to them the whole way through distracted them in every way they could but they did it with such ... read more
