I am writing this review after 2 visits, the first time, I left almost crying, angry and felt totally ignored by the Dr. He didn't let me speak or ask questions, and I was told I could look for another doctor if I questioned him. But I went yesterday for test results and staging of my PBC and this was a very different encounter. He was much more open and communicative, he let me talk and was much kinder in his approach. I felt much better after this visit. I have 2 procedures next month I will write another review then.
