I am incredibly disappointed with the glaring lack of professionalism from the manager Salma at Chiropractic Health Center, despite receiving good care from Dr. Hughes. When I walked in for my scheduled appointment, the manager publicly announced in front of the entire waiting room that I had an "outstanding balance." Not only do they have my current health insurance information on file, but I also consistently pay my dues on time. DOT physical here for the 2nd time, make it a smooth process.
I was supposed to get a refund and i never got it back!!
Went there for the first time and the doctor didn't even adjust me he just took notes and kicked me out WASTE OF MONEY. I never got a refund either :(.
