I went to Modesto lab on Coffee Rd. The lab techs seem very lazy. I was told my test tube's was a little too high that I needed to do a whole other test. I am a person who is very ill, and it was very hard to supply my test tube to the lab. Being ill, doing a lab test, and driving there was very hard for me. Jack is an extremely talented girl. She was fast and pain free 🤗 Efficient in handling the lab on Saturday all alone
Ridiculous customer service. Staff answering phone very incompetent. Veronica in the main lab department, hanging up on customers is very disrespectful....!
