The hector diaz restaurant group is not what it used to be. From closing unexpectedly to menu items being misrepresented on the menu, I miss the culinary experience this and the others once were.
Arrived at 7 with lots of outdoor seating available we were seated and ignored for 15 minutes. I approached a Waitress who was super attentive, we ordered drinks, salads and a chicken parm…. 20 minutes later my martini arrived, 40 minutes later our salads arrived and they were outstanding…. Wine was ordered and arrived. 30 minutes went by and the waitress said the chicken was on its way… 20 more minutes, it’s coming up…. 10 more it’s being plated …. Finally I said bring us our check. Poor service. Tried to eat an early dinner at 4:11 pm and they said they were full. Apparently this restaurant was completely empty!
