Modernyze is an awesome, high-end contractor with an eye for superior design. Please don’t get them mixed up the company with a similar name ‘Modernize’ in Tarzanna, who has terrible reviews. We used Tim (Modernyze - Irvine) for our home remodel in Orange County, and it turned out so beautiful, and actually better than expected. Vendors and customers beware! I performed a job with this company, and even though I was turning in work I was never paid. Finally, I gave notice that I wouldn't be able to continue work with them and Tim Salmas has been ignoring me and failing to pay on numerous times when I was told to expect payment. I live 31miles away and have wasted trips to pick up a check that is never there when I arrive, then when I call and text the call goes straight to voicemail.
